Jaya Cemerlang Trading Sdn. Bhd. was first incorporated in 2nd quarter of 2015. The company is a joint venture and subsidiary of two companies that are Chiew Kim Boon & Sons Sdn Bhd and Jaya Cemerlang Jace Sdn Bhd. The company is formed to undertake trading and development in industrials, commercials and housing in West Malaysia and any Joint Venture Projects with private sectors and government agencies.

Our parent company Chiew Kim Boon & Sons Sdn Bhd is a hardware trading company that has more than 35 years experience in Sabah supplying most of the items to Oil and Gas projects (For eg. Petronas Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal (SOGT) by Samsung, Kimanis Power Plants by CTCI, Petronas Sabah Ammonia Urea (SAMUR) by Rekind), commercial and residential construction project (For eg. Grands Project by Vinci, Jesselton Residence by Vinci) and factories.

Another parent company Jaya Cemerlang Jace Sdn Bhd is a contractor company that undertakes civil, infrastructure and also building structural construction works in both private and government sector. The company has done and doing construction works for various oil and gas project (For eg. Petronas Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal (SOGT) under Samsung, Kimanis Power Plant under CTCI, Sabah Ammonia Urea (Samur) under Rekind) and some other commercial as well as residential projects.
